Hello interested runner or any person interested in this game, this is a short guide to go over some of the basics of the game and a bit of the Tournament Any% run in it's current state.

Controls
As far as I know this game does not have a tutorial, so first up are the controls; for which I used this: https://www.gamefaqs.com/gamecube/918866-beyblade-vforce-super-tournament-battle/answers/221129-what-are-the-game-controls-for-this-game.
This gives you a basic idea to get started.

Resources
In this game there are three major resources when controlling your beyblade: Legend Power; Health Points (HP); and Spin. These are located both at the top left and top right for you and your opponent respectively when you're in a single player beyblade match.

The Legend Power bar is a circular bar divided in three sections (green, blue and red). Legend Power is used to activate the bit beast attack (more details on the bit beast attack in a later paragraph). A bit beast attack consumes the highest number of whole sections.
So let's say your legend power bar is filled at 2.3/3, then after using your bit beast attack your legend power will be at 0.3/3.
You gain Legend Power by colliding with the enemy's beyblade.

The HP bar is a whole number indicating a beyblade's current HP. If this number reaches 0 your bey is destroyed and the match results in a CRASH OUT, more on this later. Your bey's HP decreases from colliding with the enemy's beyblade.

Spin is a whole number ranging from 0 to 9999 and it indicates how long your bey can keep on spinning.
As your bey is spinning your spin meter will deplete.
If this number reaches 0 the bey will stop spinning and the match will result in a SLEEP OUT.

Match and Game results
A match can end in a SLEEP OUT, STADIUM OUT or CRASH OUT.
Each one of these match endings gives the winner of that match a certain amount of points.
The first player to reach 4 points wins the game.

A SLEEP OUT happens when the spin meter reaches 0 and this gives the match winner ½ point. The match winner is the beyblade that's still spinning.
A STADIUM OUT happens when a beyblade flies or moves off the stadium and this gives the match winner 2 points. The winner is the beyblade which is still on the stadium.
A CRASH OUT happens when a beyblade's HP bar reaches 0 and this gives the match winner 4 points. The match winner is the beyblade with a positive number of HP i.e. the beyblade that isn't destroyed.

Bit beast attack
The bit beast attack is a special attack that you can do at the cost of Legend Power.
This attack restores some of your spin and lowers the HP of the opponent.

There is however one big other effect which I observed of this move and I think the following is the case: 'A successful bit beast attack sends the defending beyblade flying away from the offensive beyblade, along the line connecting the two beyblades.' Note that the offensive beyblade is the beyblade that initiates the bit beast attack.

Another important observation to make here is that the power of this knockback is dependent on how many filled sections you had when using the bit beast attack. The more sections the stronger the knockback.

Current Tournament Any%
The bit beast attack knockback mentioned in the last two paragraphs builds the core for the Tournament Any% run.
Perhaps you've noticed it already: this knockback gives us a way to set up for a STADIUM OUT.
Even stronger: a well set up bit beast attack will guarantee a STADIUM OUT, due to this knockback.
That's why it's so important.

Here I'll link a video to supplement this guide with emphasis on the use of the bit beast attack knockback.
